About this Workbook
~ Enlightened Thinking helps students discover why they think, and therefore respond, the way they do by looking at past experiences and the messages they have received in those situations. But what can be more beneficial than understanding the why, is discovering how to change their understanding of themselves and create a desire to change their responses. With finding and using the right motivation and tools, students can acquire a reason, and a way, to change their sense of self. Students can learn how to initiate change in themselves by exploring triggers, Shadow & Golden Shadow Messages, Enlightened Witnesses, and how their thought processes contribute to words and actions.
~Students don’t have to have trauma in order for this workbook to be beneficial. Any age, with any amount of life experiences, can learn and grow with what they discover about themselves.
~ Going through the process in this workbook can help not only students, but also educators at all levels, parents, and caregivers.
